3. Order via our online store and pay

4. We will post out a complimentary mould kit to your door so you can take your impression. Please see our impression guide for a how to.

5. Please post your impression back to our HQ.

Each Grill is hand crafted by artisans in Hatton Garden and will take 10-15 working days to process.

For designs with extra design elements such as stones, custom enamel or engravings please add 5 working days

There are no refunds once an order is placed due to the bespoke nature of our work.
