Creative Planning
We sketch the concept and plan every detail, from tooth coverage to cuts, opals to VS stones. You approve the design direction before we ever touch the mold. No surprises.

Mold
We send a mold kit or take an impression in person. This step captures the exact shape of your teeth — the blueprint. A tight fit starts with a clean, accurate mold.

Design
Using the mold, we sculpt a 3D digital or wax model. This is where the custom shape takes form — your grill’s curves, lines, and bite are refined by hand before casting.

Wax Model and Casting
Your design is carved in wax and set for casting. The wax is melted out and replaced with molten gold, platinum, or silver — poured and cooled to become the solid base of your grill.

Stone Setting and Detailing
Once cast, we hand-set each stone under magnification, using prong, channel, or honeycomb settings. From pavé work to diamond cuts, every detail is locked in with surgical care.

Once the design is confirmed, we take moulds of your teeth, then begin the waxing process followed by casting where the wax is turned to metal. After filing and polishing, diamond-set and bespoke pieces require a return visit for a fit check before final polish and collection.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, we offer 1-week express delivery for certain pieces (not available for intricate designs). Express fees depend on the size of the fitting and cost of the grillz.
What deposit is required for booking?
We require a £10 deposit for consultation only, or £20 for consultation and mould.
What aftercare do you provide?
We provide free polishing services at our studio for optimal maintenance. Ultrasonic cleaners are also available for purchase at £30 for at-home care, and we include free travel cases with your grillz.
