Welcome to Milk & Honey London. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to follow the terms below. These Terms of Use are here to keep things clear and fair — for both you and us.

Bookings

All appointments are by booking only – no walk-ins.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time to respect everyone’s schedule.

You’ll receive a confirmation message once your booking is secured.

If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Refunds & Payments

All payments are final. Due to the custom and personal nature of our work (e.g., Grillz, tooth gems, jewellery), we do not offer refunds once production has begun.

If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to fix it — just reach out and talk to us.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

How much does a grill typically cost?

Our grillz are mainly custom priced based on materials, design complexity, number of teeth, and production time. It's difficult to give an estimate without a consultation, but we can accommodate most reasonable budgets. Contact us for a personalized quote.

How long does it take to make a grill?

Production typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity and detail of the piece. Plain grillz take between 2-4 weeks, while more intricate custom designs may take longer.

Can customers eat with their grillz in?

We don't recommend eating while wearing your grillz to maintain their quality and longevity.

Do you offer same-day grillz?

No, we don't offer same-day grillz as each piece is custom made to ensure the highest quality.

What types of grillz do you offer?

We offer a full range of custom grillz including plain gold grillz, diamond-set grillz, gemstone grillz, custom designs, resin grillz, enamel grillz, and any design you can think of. All our grillz are custom made to reflect your unique style and desires.

How does the fitting process work?

The process begins with a visit to our studio for consultation to discuss your design. Once the design is confirmed, we take moulds of your teeth, then begin the waxing process followed by casting where the wax is turned to metal. After filing and polishing, diamond-set and bespoke pieces require a return visit for a fit check before final polish and collection.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, we offer 1-week express delivery for certain pieces (not available for intricate designs). Express fees depend on the size of the fitting and cost of the grillz.

What deposit is required for booking?

We require a £10 deposit for consultation only, or £20 for consultation and mould.

What aftercare do you provide?

We provide free polishing services at our studio for optimal maintenance. Ultrasonic cleaners are also available for purchase at £30 for at-home care, and we include free travel cases with your grillz.
